Submission
Full papers (for Springer) must be between 12-15 pages using the FULL Text paper template.
Short papers (for Springer) must be between 6-8 pages.
The full text papers should be prepared using the congress paper template. The instructions of the template usage can be found in the paper template file.
The plagiarism rate for papers should be a maximum of 20% excluding references.
Papers that are not prepared according to the paper template and do not meet the plagiarism rate will not be evaluated.
Papers should be carefully prepared and submit so that they can be published without any errors. Because, except for the ones to be made in the referee recommendations, no edits will be allowed in the papers after submission.
Abstract paper can also be submitted to be published in abstract proceedings book with ISBN. (The abstract proceedings will not be indexed any indexing service)
Participants who want to send a full text must submit their papers according to the FULL PAPER TEMPLATE that can be found in ZIP file
Articles must be sent via Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT) Systems
